Postage charges

When completing your order, you will be asked to select your shipping zone. The chart below shows how the delivery prices are calculated, depending on where you would like your item(s) shipped to.
 
The following information refers to delivery charges for any item in the shop -

*The flat rate fee will apply should your order exceed £6.00 in the UK, or £8.00 in Europe. (The flat rate fee does not apply when posting to the rest of the world)

Postage charges for canvasses

The standard charge of £1.80 will apply as above

More information on postage & delivery

• All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st class post in the UK
• For large parcels, items will be sent via standard parcel mail in the UK. Delivery time may be slower
• For Europe and the rest of the world, items are sent via Airmail
• In the UK, please allow up to 7-10 days for your delivery to arrive from the date of shipping
• In Europe, please allow up to 14-28 days for your delivery to arrive from the date of shipping
• For the rest of the world, please allow 28 days for your delivery to arrive from the date of shipping
• 'Proof of posting certificate' will always be obtained at time of shipping

Lost in transit

Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately I will not be help responsible for any item(s) which might get lost or delayed in the postal system.

If you are concerned that your order has not arrived, or think it may have gone missing in the post, please get in touch with me as soon as you can using the contact form.

In the unlikely event of this situation arising, I will send you the 'Proof of posting certificate' so that you can contact the post office directly to claim compensation for your item(s). (See the Royal Mail website for more information on postage and compensation)
