Returns & Cancellations
Cancellation of an order
If you decide you wish to cancel an order after payment has been made, please get in touch as soon as possible so that your payment can be refunded. Failure to contact me immediately will result in your order being dispatched as initially requested. If your order has already been shipped by the time you contact to cancel, the normal refund conditions will apply (see below).
Refunds and exchanges
Exchanges or refunds are offered on any item(s) if you are not happy with them or if you change your mind.
Should you wish to get a refund on any item(s) purchased, you must return them, at your own expense, in perfect condition and still sealed in their cellophane packaging (if applicable), and within 7 days of receipt. You must obtain a proof of postage certificate from the post office when you return items, as refunds or exchanges cannot be provided should any item that you return go missing in the post.
Refunds WILL NOT be offered on the original postage charge you paid, or postage costs you pay for returning unwanted item(s). The refund will apply to the cost of the goods returned only.
Refunds for return postage WILL be offered when an item is considered faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Should you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item(s) still sealed in their original packaging, and in an undamaged state, at your own expense. Contact me to let me know the item is being returned for an exchange and let me know which replacement item you would like. When the original item has been received, provided it is in a resaleable condition, I will ship the replacement item to you at no further cost to yourself.
If you should receive your item(s) in a damaged state for any reason, please contact me and I will arrange sending replacements as soon as possible. To get in touch regarding any of the above please use the Contact form.
